Today, the other day at Shinanoya, a liquor store in Suwa City, a local sake brewery.
I purchased it.
Diachiku Junmai Ginjo Nama Ippon
The aroma is mild.
The taste is full-bodied with a clean aftertaste.
Diachiku Junmai Ukiyoe
Alcohol percentage 15
Rice polishing ratio 59
This is the second izakaya in Kamisuwa.
This is a Chino City sake.
It is quite light and good. I would like to try some other sake.
We drank a lot of sake in the Gokuraku set, but this is the second Izakaya? It's almost ready ^ ^.
A souvenir from Tateshina.
As the name suggests, it is mellow, but the mouthfeel is surprisingly light and easy to drink. It also has a sharpness that makes it easy to pair with food.
The name and label have a strong impact, making it an unforgettable sake.
thick white look. Creamy texture. Taste is mild rice sweetness, umami. Average on its own but eaten with a curry it becomes an excellent food sake. 3.75/5
The label is simple and retro, and although it has a high alcohol content, it is not unpleasant and is surprisingly easy to drink. It's even better when heated.
Dry.
For some reason, it lingers in the mouth.
Gradually delicious.
This brewery is located within walking distance of Chino Station.
The store is almost an office, so shopping took a little courage.
I had only known of the existence of Diaigiku, but I could not get my hands on it. The label was too ugly.
This is an unusually gorgeous label among the Diachiku. It is quite flashy.
I drank it for the first time, but I think I will like it very much. It is delicious. Addictive. It is delicious.
However, the label is too ugly.
It has a refreshing aftertaste with the umami flavor of hiyaoroshi. The sweetness is refreshing and can be used as a mealtime sake.
It is characterized by a smooth taste that does not make you feel the 17% alcohol content.
The price of 2,200 yen for a bottle is fairly reasonable.
I think it is a completely unknown brewery in Japan, but I think they make a good sake with good cost performance.
However, as is the case with other sake, I think they should do something about the uninspiring label. I don't intend to choose a sake based on its appearance, but it's a quintessential sake.
Diachiku Cold Shibori Ginjo-Shinshu
15% 59% Brewing alcohol
About 1100 yen for 720ml
This sake was bought by his father from a mail order company.
The label says "KAN-SHIBORO" in big letters, which means the brand name is the way it is made. Easy-to-understand titles such as "Daiginjo" and "Shiboritate" seem to be popular among the elderly.
I opened the bottle and took the first sip, thinking that this sake tasted like nothing I had ever tasted before.
Well, this is quite good. It is not a trendy sake, but it is a solid sake with a good amount of ginjo aroma. I wondered where the sake was made, but it was from the brewery that produces Diachiku in Nagano Prefecture.
The brewer's alcohol is also in good condition. This is an example of sake with alcohol.
And the price is very reasonable.
The simple taste was well received by the elderly, and my father was pleased that it was easy to drink. It was easy to drink and my father was happy with it.

We will have it to go with the fireworks!
Happiness to be able to watch with my family. I can't help but tear up.
I thought it would be sweet with nigori, but it was surprisingly refreshing.
Memories of this summer.
