It has a refreshing aftertaste with the umami flavor of hiyaoroshi. The sweetness is refreshing and can be used as a mealtime sake.
It is characterized by a smooth taste that does not make you feel the 17% alcohol content.
The price of 2,200 yen for a bottle is fairly reasonable.
I think it is a completely unknown brewery in Japan, but I think they make a good sake with good cost performance.
However, as is the case with other sake, I think they should do something about the uninspiring label. I don't intend to choose a sake based on its appearance, but it's a quintessential sake.
