It's so fruity that you'd think it was pure rice, with a good acidity and a strong flavor.

This is an original brand of Minoya, a liquor store in Minami Aizu.
This is also a pure rice wine, so you don't feel like brewing alcohol is added. The aroma is not too strong, but you can feel the richness of the flavor☺️.
