This is an original brand of Minoya, a liquor store in Minami Aizu.
This is also a pure rice wine, so you don't feel like brewing alcohol is added. The aroma is not too strong, but you can feel the richness of the flavor☺️.

I bought this one after the summer brew because it's a good costumer's sake that I like.
The aroma is gorgeous and berry-like. When I put it in my mouth, the mellow sweetness spreads and the sourness is not very strong. It's on the sweet side, but it's not insistent, it just goes on your tongue and is easy to drink! You can drink it on its own, but the smoked pork belly was the right choice.
I haven't had a drink in a long time, so I emptied 4 bottles in one night (2 hours).....
