Because of the blue label, the master of the store read it as "Ao Kushira" 😄.
It has a faint aroma of malted rice, and when you put it in your mouth, you will feel the unique bubbling sensation of unfiltered raw sake, and a moderate acidity and bitterness will spread.
It is a tasty sake with the umami of sake rice that can be felt in the mouth for a while.

Purchased after hearing a recommendation for dry sake at a liquor store.
It is a nama-narashu made from Yamadanishiki grown around the company's own brewery.
It has a slight freshness that is typical of nama sake, but it is still dry.
It is clean and not dull.
The aftertaste is dry with a lingering bitterness.
When paired with a meal, the bitterness is softened and the acidity gives a slightly sweet impression.
Delicious dishes were served one after another!
