メキシコテキーラPersonally, I have some respect for Niigata sake. This Kubota Senju was very strong. メキシコテキーラSake from Saitama. It is a junmai sake with quite a peculiar taste. メキシコテキーラThe taste is clean and refreshing. This is indeed the Kayasha of snow. メキシコテキーラI came to Higashimatsuyama for Yakitori with Miso Sauce. Junmai sake from Kariho. It matches the spicy miso sauce yakitori. Delicious! メキシコテキーラThe fourth drink is Echigo sake. メキシコテキーラThe third drink was Daishichi, which is my favorite sake from Fukushima. メキシコテキーラNext is Kubota. This restaurant's premium all-you-can-drink lineup includes famous sake. Senju is sharp. メキシコテキーラAt a get-together for a high school alumni competition in Higashimatsuyama. So we decided to have one more Nanbu Bijin, and we also had another glass of Snow Kayasha, which was the best of the day, and drank it all up!
Nanbu Bijin Special Junmai, also refreshing, clean and easy to drink!
We finished off with a fruity Yukino Kayasha to finish off the day!

Kubota Senju Junmai Ginjo
Kubota is known for its brown bottles with subdued beige labels.
I didn't know they also had a light blue bottle.
I remember the Senju ginjo had a label like this.
This one had a nice aroma and a fruity taste that I liked!
A little lighter than Yukino Kayasha!
The restaurant's skewers kept coming out!
They are dipped in the recommended miso sauce and eaten with a bite!
A quick sip of sake!

The organizer had ordered the restaurant's premium all-you-can-drink policy, so we were able to choose from 8 different kinds of sake!
We started with the stablemate, Snow Kayasha Junmai Ginjo!
I thought this was probably the best sake in today's repertoire, so I made it the starter!
It was as delicious as expected, with a nice aroma and good mouthfeel 🍶.
