We arrived at the liquor store wondering if we would make it in time for closing time.
The name of the store is different from "Sake no Wawa," but it is the ABC Nakamozu store of sake.
They had three varieties of Toyoake on the shelves, and I was told that I could sample two I had never had before.
Sorry for the late closing time!
They have recently started to sell it!
I think it's an orthodox Junmai, fire-roasted, but not flashy, sweet, apple-like and modern!
I tasted the new Shiny and bought this one!

I've only had limited edition sake, but I appreciate the opportunity to sample a variety 😄.
