KOBA3 After the declaration of a state of emergency, I went to my usual restaurant for the first time in a very long time to drink a bottle of sake called "Shirazen". I had a hard time deciding between this sake and Garyubai from Shizuoka.
The sake has a smooth texture, but is surprisingly dry. The taste of the sake is indescribable and the flavor spreads in your mouth. It's all about deliciousness. KOBA3On the condition of sake that goes well with sashimi of Biwa trout, a local specialty of Shiga, we ordered the manager's recommendation. Then, Suginishiki was served. At first, it feels sweet, but later, it becomes dry and sticky on the tongue 👍 which goes well with the taste of Biwa trout (oil). Since I am a local, I would like you to try Biwa trout and my partner would like you to try Shiga sake, but I really recommend this combination.
