On your recommendation, posture. I somehow stopped by a liquor store and had a hard time deciding between clear sake and sparkling, but I chose sparkling. A gushing 🌋 cautionary note reminding me to do so: ❗️ The first time I opened the cork...and closed it...repeatedly...15 minutes...gorgeous ginjo aroma...dry and highly carbonated 🫧...alu-feeling strong for a sparkling wine? 😵‍💫 not too sweet, like a fine sweet sake 😋3 days later, as the gas weakens, it gets sweeter and sweeter, like a delicious sweet sake made with ginjo sake lees 😋. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15.8

Hi Jay & Nobby, good evening. ☺️ I'm kind of through with it, which is typical of local sake 😁There is also a white label, which seems to have the same contents, but I was told that it has a slightly calmer fizz because it's been around longer.
