Chicken Cuisine Itoshi in Gotanda, Tokyo with my business partner.
Recently, there are many Itashi-groups.
My first sake Hideo.
A refreshing nigori sake.
Slight aroma of rice, sourness at first sip.
It is a low alcohol at 11 degrees, so you can drink it gubigubi.
The chicken tataki was delicious!
Beer→Sawaya Matsumoto→Itashi-Shu→Sharaku→Hideo→Chardonnay for some reason.
