I got a bottle of Yamama, which I had wanted to drink for a long time.
It is an aged Junmai Daiginjo.
We gave it to him as a late Father's Day present.
The lid made a nice popping sound and the aroma was very elegant and gorgeous.
The aroma is gorgeous.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu that has been stored and matured at minus temperature for 3 years.
The sweetness spread to the palate.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads and gradually fades away with bitterness,
It gradually fades away with bitterness without leaving any aftertaste.
It is very delicious.
The word "rich and juicy" might be the right word.
I paired it with sashimi and sweet-and-sour chicken,
but it can also be enjoyed on its own.
My father's evaluation was good and I am glad I bought it.
I would like to try other specs.

Good evening, Shonan Han🎈.
I drank the same Yamama the other day👍.
As you can see from the review, it is really delicious 🤤.
Juicy and fruity, not like a 3 year aged sake.

The downside might be that it is a bit expensive.
I would like to try others 😁😁.
