When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous aroma of Kinmon-Nishiki.
When you drink it, you will find sweetness, moderate acidity, and a fizzy feeling.
It has a slight alcohol taste and bitterness, and it is crisp and tasty.
It goes well with dark dishes, such as stir-fried eggplant with pork and miso.
Yakitori (grilled chicken) is also good.
The sake shop says that Jungin brewed with Gohyakumangoku is dry.
because it is made with dry sake,
It was a good sake that I would like to try others.
