湘南の漢
Sagaminada, which I have been wanting to drink.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads.
Slightly bubbly.
It has the freshness of a pure sake and the sweetness and umami that is typical of Miyamanishiki.
The astringency at the end makes it a good sake that you will never get tired of drinking.
It is delicious.
I was surprised that there is such a good sake in my hometown, Kanagawa.
