Sake from Ashigara, Kanagawa Prefecture.
It was introduced in dancyu as a reborn brewery.
It has not only sweetness but also sharpness. As the label on the back says, it has a lightness that fits well with the taste. It is delicious and easy to drink.
There are several other types in the Setoichi series, so I would like to try different types.
