Nanbu Bijin was
Newly released in January.
I drank Iwate Honor, but there was another one that was released as a pair.
It was refreshing and delicious 🍶.
Looking at the cold storage, there were many sakes that I was interested in
Let's sit down and drink!
Reasonably priced snacks
Drug egg?
Doesn't it go well with sake?
The temperature is rising and the snow is melting at once!
Sake is cold and tasty
Knowledge
The name "ganshu" is a phonetic reading of Iwate's sake, named in the hope of promoting it to the world. Each sake brewery has devised a unique product, and in January, one bottle each of Iwate Homare and Nanbu Bijin was launched as a set (6,600 yen).
On March 17, a set of Hamamusume, Drunken Sen, and Washio (9,900 yen), and on May 19, a set of Nanafukujin and Horinoi (6,600 yen) will go on sale. Both sets are limited to 300 sets. しんしんSYThe second event is Kawanakajima Genshimai.
This may be the first time I've seen it outside of Fukurokuju.
I ordered the white label.
It was always a special junmai or higher, but tonight it was a special honjozo.
Aru-soze.
It has no particular aroma, but it's fruity!
I didn't drink it in large gulps, but sipped it in small sips with the entrée!
Saikyo-yaki chicken and yakisoba noodles!
Many of the entrées at this restaurant are served for 350 yen, so they are easy on the wallet!

This sake is made from Miyamanishiki polished to 59% and brewed in a small brewing tank, just like the other Genmai series. しんしんSYWatch the online seminar
After the seminar, I hurriedly went out for dinner.
We revisited the restaurant Hanataro where we had a year-end party at the end of the year.
The brother said, "You can take a good look at the cold storage.
I was allowed to take a peek even in the back of the storehouse!
We started with this one, "Kangiku"!
I think I got another Kangiku at this store last time!
The orange label looks great!
Full of ginjo aroma!
The taste is sweet with a pineapple-like flavor.
The snow outside has stopped today, and the road down the street is a mess!
Hot stewed rice to relieve the fatigue of the day!
Knowing the secrets of the brew
Although mild, it has a fruity aroma of pineapple and other fruits. When you take a sip, it has a good juicy flavor with a sense of concentration and roundness. After that, a beautiful acidity appears and finishes the whole. The name "Arrival" is derived from the image of an airplane landing at Narita Airport in the orange hues of autumn. The low-temperature aging process for six months gives this Aki-agari from Kangiku Sake Brewery a round, smooth, concentrated flavor.
しんしんSYThe clerk told me that the sky blue label is still available.
Sky blue label shining brilliantly in the cold storage.
I'll take it.
Tastes like apple, fresh and fruity!
I'm glad I chose it!
By the way, there were many more sakes on the shelves that I wanted to drink!
I left the store with the hope that I would be able to find a different brand when I come back again.
One of our friends was going to his favorite restaurant, so we all went with him!
We enjoyed bourbon and whiskey instead of sake at this restaurant!
We had a small year-end party with sake ladder.
We hope to see you again next year!
We even got some souvenirs (thank you)!

Hakutsuru Shuzo repeatedly selected the variety over a period of 9 years, and in 2007, the variety was registered as a variety after being selected from among 800 candidates. Hakutsuru-nishiki" is a brother variety of "Yamadanishiki," the king of sake rice, with "Yamadaho" on the mother's side and "Watabune" on the father's side. This bottle has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of apples, bananas, limes, and herbs, blended with fresh gas, a dense and lush flavor, and a harmony of sweetness and sharp acidity.

しんしんSYWhile we were having a great time at the restaurant, another customer shared some Lucky Pierrot sweets that he had brought for the waiter!
As a token of our appreciation, we opened a bottle of this sake that a friend of ours had brought with him and let's all drink it together!
This sake is from Iwate Prefecture and is only sold at Sakamoto Sake Brewery!
It was a delicious sake with a solid and dignified flavor made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast.
He brought it to me as a return gift for Kaygetsu, a present I had sent to a friend of mine the other day!
I was able to take the rest of the sake home with me as a gift!
Thank you very much 😊.

I found this blue-green label.
I asked for it because I had heard many comments praising it from everyone!

しんしんSYWhen I chose Kangiku Hashu Honor to start with, my friend ordered this one!
I wanted to drink it, so I was given some to share!
Yuki-Onna (Lightly Nigori Yuki Onna)
I wanted to try this year's version 🍶.
It has a nice harmony of sourness and sweetness!
I can't believe how much of this popular sake they have on tap!
In fact, every time I walked from the station to the city center, I was curious about this store!
Thanks to a friend of mine who wandered in, I was introduced to a new place I could go too!
I've exchanged lines with the waitress, and I'm already thinking of coming back again 🍶🍶🍶.
knowledge
The sweet and sour muscat-like taste is complicated by the "Yuki-Onna"-inspired murkiness and rice flavor, resulting in a sexy and unforgettable sake. Enjoy it with seasonal dishes such as sashimi and nabe (hot pot). The illustration is newly drawn by <Misaki Tanaka>.

しんしんSYThis year, I had Hashu Honor for the first time at Shoei in Yamagata!
We compared three kinds of sake, and I found another Hashu Honor from Kangiku here!
We were taken to a restaurant where a friend of mine from the sake brewery came for the after-party!
The young waitresses are very friendly and knowledgeable about sake!
And the sake they have in the store are all very popular right now!
I couldn't help but stare at the cold storage!
I decided to start with Kangiku Hashu Honor from among them!
It was a very fruity sake and very satisfying!
