Talking is fun, drinking is fun again!
It's that kind of store!

Yuki-Onna (Lightly Nigori Yuki Onna)
I wanted to try this year's version 🍶.
It has a nice harmony of sourness and sweetness!
I can't believe how much of this popular sake they have on tap!
In fact, every time I walked from the station to the city center, I was curious about this store!
Thanks to a friend of mine who wandered in, I was introduced to a new place I could go too!
I've exchanged lines with the waitress, and I'm already thinking of coming back again 🍶🍶🍶.
knowledge
The sweet and sour muscat-like taste is complicated by the "Yuki-Onna"-inspired murkiness and rice flavor, resulting in a sexy and unforgettable sake. Enjoy it with seasonal dishes such as sashimi and nabe (hot pot). The illustration is newly drawn by <Misaki Tanaka>.

Kangiku Meikyu brews a series of "super" limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake several times a year. It is brewed with the hope that the drinker will be able to greet the end of the year and the beginning of the year with a flat feeling, just like the view of the magnificent horizon from Kujukuri-hama beach.
Ushu Homare" is one of the varieties of rice suitable for sake brewing. This extremely rare sake rice was bred in 2000 by Tatsugoro Takagi, the 14th generation of the Takagi Sake Brewery, which produces Yamagata Prefecture's sake "Jyushiyo". Kangiku Meikozo's wish has come true and this will be the first brewing with "Hashu Homare".
