しんしんSY
This year, I had Hashu Honor for the first time at Shoei in Yamagata!
We compared three kinds of sake, and I found another Hashu Honor from Kangiku here!
We were taken to a restaurant where a friend of mine from the sake brewery came for the after-party!
The young waitresses are very friendly and knowledgeable about sake!
And the sake they have in the store are all very popular right now!
I couldn't help but stare at the cold storage!
I decided to start with Kangiku Hashu Honor from among them!
It was a very fruity sake and very satisfying!

Kangiku Meikyu brews a series of "super" limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake several times a year. It is brewed with the hope that the drinker will be able to greet the end of the year and the beginning of the year with a flat feeling, just like the view of the magnificent horizon from Kujukuri-hama beach.
Ushu Homare" is one of the varieties of rice suitable for sake brewing. This extremely rare sake rice was bred in 2000 by Tatsugoro Takagi, the 14th generation of the Takagi Sake Brewery, which produces Yamagata Prefecture's sake "Jyushiyo". Kangiku Meikozo's wish has come true and this will be the first brewing with "Hashu Homare".
