Knowledge
The name "ganshu" is a phonetic reading of Iwate's sake, named in the hope of promoting it to the world. Each sake brewery has devised a unique product, and in January, one bottle each of Iwate Homare and Nanbu Bijin was launched as a set (6,600 yen).
On March 17, a set of Hamamusume, Drunken Sen, and Washio (9,900 yen), and on May 19, a set of Nanafukujin and Horinoi (6,600 yen) will go on sale. Both sets are limited to 300 sets.
