Let's start with the first sip. The standing aroma is not as much as I expected, and there is a slight hint of koji and alcohol.
In the mouth, there is a refreshing gasiness, juicy, light sweetness and umami, and a pleasant bitterness that refreshes the palate at the end.
With pork belly cutlet. I paired it with yuzu ponzu (citrus ponzu citrus juice) and wasagarashi (Japanese mustard) instead of sauce. The sweetness of the fatty pork belly, the freshness of the yuzu flavor and acidity, and the accent of the wasagarashi go well together 😄The sweetness and umami of the sake became stronger and even more delicious because of the desire not to be defeated by this flavor 😋.

When you put it in your mouth, there is a freshness in the gasiness and softness. The sweetness is less than I had imagined, but the richness and umami are stronger.
Serve with yakisoba. I tried pairing it with tuna, but personally I don't think it was as good as the other one 😅I think it would be better with sashimi.

The color is cloudy. The aroma is sweet like wasanbon and has a hint of koji.
When you put it in your mouth, there is a slight gas feeling, juicy, pear-like fruitiness and umami, and finally a bitter taste. Kuikyuu-kaikyu-kei 😊.
With yam teppan natto with cheese. It's not that it doesn't go well with it, but the sweet and umami taste of this sake has slightly erased the unique flavor of the natto-based yam, and I think it's more assertive than it should be. I also tried it with pork miso soup, which I think is a better match. Still, it may be a little sweet. I looked at last year's comments again, but I think it would be better with fruit, sweet baked goods, or as an aperitif 😊.

こまっちゃんI got some cod sprouts and was thinking 🤔 what to pair them with, so I chose this one👍 after reading the comments 📝 on sake-no-wa.
The color is like a spring haze. The aroma is fresh, with a hint of sourness, like calpis.
It is smooth in the mouth. However, it is less sweet and more refreshing than I expected. It might be good on a hot day like today.
With spring tempura. I think the cod sprouts were the best match. The texture is firmer than I expected and the bitterness brings out the sweet and savory taste of this sake. ❗️Yah 😅Next is the asparagus and last is the udo. I think udo is a bit strong by itself. But it's delicious though 😃.

こまっちゃんI wondered 🤔 what would be good to pair with the horse sashimi I bought yesterday in Towada, and chose this👍.
Craft sake from Iwate. They also said it is a new sake with grapes added.
So here we go. The color and standing aroma are both rosé wine. After that, there is a hint of rice aroma.
In the mouth, the sweetness of the rosé wine and rice is alternately felt, and finally the moderate bitterness of sake spreads. The color is spring-like and perfect for cherry blossom viewing 😚 and very easy to drink. I think even sake beginners🔰 would like it.
Serve with horse sashimi. It tastes like wine with garlic (🧄) and like sake without any condiments. Interesting 😄.

The aroma is not as strong as Muscat, but fresh and gentle, reminiscent of grapes 🍇.
It is more refreshing than I expected and has a soft sweetness and acidity, which gives it a spring-like feeling. There is also a slight gassy sensation.
Serve with croquettes. If you eat it simply without sauce, the flavor of this sake increases and it is delicious 😋.
It will be gone in no time😅.

Today I had it with soy milk hot pot 🍲. The smooth taste goes well with the fruity sweetness of this sake 😋.

The immediate❗️ standing aroma is lactic acid bacteria like Yakult, I guess. When you put it in your mouth, the first word is easy to drink❗️shwashy and smooth, then sweet, rich, sour, and tasty, reminiscent of the Yakult pear flavor for adults. Delicious 😋.
Now, with the chicken sasami katsu. The light but tasty sasami and its crispy texture accentuate the acidity reminiscent of lactic acid bacteria in this sake and go well together. ☺️ The subtle sweetness also spreads in the aftertaste and is a good match. 🙆♀️

Now then, let's open the bottle☺️The color is slightly yellowish. The aroma is fresh with a hint of sweetness and alcohol. The mouthfeel is fresh, crisp, dry, and clean. The umami has a subtle sweetness and bitterness. It is best as a food sake 😀.
Serve with fresh salmon. The synergistic effect of the umami. It is a bit salty, but it brings out the umami and sweetness of this sake. Delicious 🤗I found a good fishmonger 😁.
Next, I paired it with cod. Maybe because it is light, it is a bit lost to the sake flavor. If anything, fish with more flavor and fat would be a better match.
