Timeline
ぶんずAlthough it is dry, it is an excellent food sake.
The spiciness of the sake itself matches the vegetables and gives a nice finish.
thanks Sawakiya(Iwaki) 南遷有機純米酒 無濾過 有機栽培米100%使用原酒生酒 ぶんずAlmost amber-colored sake.
A hint of cedar? Smell of Japanese cypress barrel
The taste is strong, but not too sweet.
The alcohol content is high, but you can't feel it.
It's a sake to be savored slowly and carefully.
thanks Sawakiya(Iwaki) ぶんずPetite on the palate, oops, three turns before opening the bottle (light cloudiness equalization: not sure if that's necessary).
Delicious! Thin, sour, and full of rice flavor.
Does it go down your throat smoothly?
Oh no, I'll be a bad person if I finish a four-pack in one night!
thanks Sake no Sawakiya(Iwaki) ぶんずI heard at the liquor store that there was some kind of a mess, anything is fine as long as you make us some good booze! Good taste is justice!
In a world like this, let's consume good sake and keep the sake breweries alive! ぶんずIt's lighter than Aizu Nakasho.
On the other hand, there is no lack of flavor.
It has become a good finish.
thanks Sake no Sawakiya(Iwaki) ぶんずIt's called "Summer Memories," and it's served in midwinter.
The aroma is sweet and sour, with a slight sourness.
It tastes a little like Daishichi's "Fudare-o",
It tastes sweet and sour just like the smell.
The alcohol content is weak. ぶんずChotto candy-like sweetness, which enhances the taste.
Really delicious sake.
I'm glad I bought it.
thanks Sawakiya(Iwaki) ぶんずJust the right amount of swooshiness
Sweet and sour aroma
When you drink it, the sweetness spreads lightly.
The sweetness disappears as soon as it goes down the throat, and it is a sake that can be drunk with a good feeling.
thanks Sawakiya(Iwaki) ぶんずYogurt-like aroma
Thick and muddy sake
Sweet and sour, yes, it's good.
I'm glad I bought it (two bottles is too much!)
Thank you very much, Sawakiya Sake Shop(Iwaki) ぶんずOops, there's a vent hole in the lid, doesn't feel that gassy, but does it blow off when stored? ぶんずI got it in a small bottle at Sawakiya (Iwaki).
Miyazumi is a type of sake called "Sharaku", but I thought it was too expensive to drink.
I thought it was a bit expensive and had not drunk it before.
When I drank it, it was slightly sweet, with a little gas and a good mouthfeel, and I drank it in no time.
I would like to try it again if I have the chance.
(Sharaku is too expensive for me to afford.)
Thank you very much, Sawakiya-san (Iwaki). ぶんずA touch of gas.
Gentle taste, elegant sweetness and good acidity.
I am going to be addicted to Nara-Kyoto sake!
thanks Sawakiya (Iwaki) ぶんずSweet, but not too bad at all.
It's sweet like a grape.
Thanks, Sawakiya (Iwaki) lastseasonA glass of grilled shishamo, mackerel and thick fried tofu with miso as an appetizer... ✨✨ ぶんずSour and unique scent
It's like a mid-meal drink. It's a good rival to Kimchi and Natto and has a sweet taste.
It is sold in small bottles at a shop in Iwaki. It takes a lot of courage to buy a quart of this sake, but we would be grateful if you could sell it to us as a trial.
If you boil the bottle and take it with you, you can use it again, SDG'S? ぶんずReminds me, it tastes like the Big Seven's False Piper ぶんずI've warmed it up (lenten) and it tastes stronger, but it's quicker to drink, it's a contradiction in terms, but yes, I'm sorry, I'm absolutely lacking in expression. ぶんずHuh? Oh! It smells like yogurt, like candy, like cotton candy on the inside, but with a pale sweetness, a nice touch.
I've never drunk anything like it, it's very good.
Thank you, Sawakiya Sake Shop (Iwaki). ぶんずYou're as much a part of the meal as the food! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
