Akita's sake rice is overwhelmingly Akita Sake Komachi, Miyamanishiki, Misanishiki, etc., but recently new varieties of Momota and Ippozumi, etc. are being used to make new sake. Dewazuru may also be new to the market. I had the Momota daiginjo and the MAPLE daiginjo We had them, they were delicious😊.

First time for TABITO (Tabito with two persons) Deep snow in Yokote, so many sake breweries from the inner city after all! We had a heated Junmai sake 🍶, mmmm ❣️. Yakko-san and the announcer next to us were having a lot of drinks. Some people took pictures with them, but they were all more interested in the sake than Yakko. Some people were taking pictures with them, but they were all drinking more than Yakko❗️. Oh, I had my picture taken too😅😅

The second picture is a set of snacks for the day, included in the admission fee. I also bought some deep fried wakasagi (Hachirogata) and iburigakko (pickled smelt) as souvenirs! cream cheese mayo (🧀) People who had a table ate, but there were no tables. so we had an after-party at home 😅. The nigori sake from Kita Akita was delicious! I drank it both cold and hot 😊.

Here we go for the rest 😅 The room is full of sake breweries, souvenir shops and 300 people. There are tables but not enough, people with bags and booze cups are wandering around 😅. There are tables, but not enough, and people with luggage and boar cups 😅 This may be my first time at Ryoseki. It was fruity and sour 😊.

Hiraizumi is the oldest sake brewery in Akita Muromachi period, the same year as the construction of Ginkakuji temple. It was founded in the same year as Ginkakuji temple was built in the Muromachi era, 534 years ago❣️It is the third oldest brewery in Japan. I drank HAKUCHO and CHIDORI, The kanji is difficult to spell.... Both were delicious! I have been to the sake brewery in Nikaho for work. I have been to this brewery several times in the past 😊.

Yasuko-san# I love them too😊 (I know 😅) There's a sake brewery with tables all around like the attached. 300 people go around in circles with boar cups. I want to put my luggage on the table, but the table is full. I want to take pictures with my cell phone but my hands are full. I want to take pictures with my cell phone but my hands are full😅. Amanoto is an Akita sake that I drank in my early days at Sakewa 😊. Forgot to take a picture, so it's from a pamphlet. Fruity and easy to drink❗️

しばらく信州酒続きましたが、、、 今日はイベント参加しました😊 都内ホテルで秋田酒フェスです。 3000円でおつまみ付き飲み放題、 参加酒蔵28蔵、秋田の7割の酒蔵が 参加、チケットは昼、夜の部 300枚限定、完売らしい。 皆さんもご存じの倉本康子さんも来て 一緒に乾杯しました🥂 とにかくブースを、回るのが大変、 一体幾つの酒蔵を回れるか😅 最初はまんさくの花、間違いなく 美味しい、フルーティでキレの良いお酒🍶
