Very easy to drink. Like a drop of water, with a ton of gentle sweetness on the palate. Like a green tropical. The first touch is soft and the bitterness does a nice job of enhancing the sweetness in the final finish. Very likeable.

Gentle and soft spring-like sake, including preconceived notions. The first touch is soft and the umami spreads later. The lingering aftertaste is clear and easy to drink. My favorite. Rather than being rich, this is an excellent sake to be drunk slowly and gently.

An explosion of richness and sweetness. It tastes like green apple without the alcohol taste of sake. The bitterness remains on the tongue while the thick fruity flavor overcomes even the bitterness. A shocking drink. I like it.

I drank Kuheiji at Kuheiji. I have only tasted Omachi with Genmai, but I see, the aroma oozing from deep within the clear middle and the gentle aftertaste made me think this was Omachi. I love it.

I was able to get it for 3,500 yen per batch. It may be a preconceived notion, but it has a rainbow of colors and tastes. When served cold, there is little bitterness in the aftertaste, but it is not monotonous and has a deep, rich flavor. If you drink it at room temperature, it has a bitter aftertaste, but even that is a taste. I don't need any snacks, I just want to keep on drinking it. I had set a high bar for this sake because of its rarity, but it has surpassed it with ease. (Speak too soon).

When it comes to sake from Shimane Prefecture, Li Bai and Ohroku are famous, but I didn't know that Ohroku produced such a flavorful sake. I didn't know that the brand name was the name of the brewer... I found out about it later when I saw the picture.
