Drinking past, drinking out~.
After finishing a drinking party with a client in Kurosaki, Kitakyushu City, I decided I needed a little more drink, so I got off at Hakata Station with two young guys in tow and went to an after-party 😁.
The second glass was Harukasumi Kinoha Label (Junmai Sake).
Seasonal Junmai Sake
The aroma was of rice flavor, probably due to the low whiteness of the rice.
In the mouth, the main flavor is still umami.
The sweetness and acidity are also present, but not too much, and each has its own presence.
It is a taste that reminds us of the harvest season.

The first drink was Wakanami Junmai Sake!
A famous sake from my hometown in Okawa, Fukuoka.
Wakanami is a team made up mainly of young people, and they seem to be struggling every day!
This blue label is new to me by any chance❓
I've never seen this blue label before 💦.
I was very drunk, but I could smell the refreshing apple aroma, green apple even.
The taste in the mouth was mildly sweet, with a hint of sourness.
The finish was refreshing and refreshing.
Hi Chichi 😃
Are the two young guys also sake drinkers? I guess it comes naturally when you drink with Chichi 😄.
Wakanami! It looks like a darker blue label than usual 🤔I've never heard of that in local sake? I know some of you don't know what local sake is 😅.
Good morning Jay & Nobby 😃.
Hahaha, I haven't even dyed my sake party yet😅
Does the blue label of Wakanami look darker❓
I've seen that happen with Shinsei Lapis too ❗️
I need to drink more Wakanami...

This is apparently my first time at Manjusen
I'm looking forward to meeting you!
Well, let's get started.
The aroma is clear and fruity
The palate is soft and gentle, with a gentle umami and a moderate acidity.
I wonder if it is because the brewing water is of very good quality.
The sweetness is moderate, the acidity of Muscat and the rich umami of Yamadanishiki complement each other, and then it quickly finishes...
It has an exquisite finish.
This is delicious👍
I finished it quickly with a little extra energy left 😁.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi☆(*´ч`*)
These are two similar pictures. This must mean something... 🤔I thought about it but couldn't figure it out😅.
Next is your 1111 post!
Drinking past, drinking out~.
On this day, we had a drinking party at the company!
We enjoyed Western-style hormone with beer, wine, and highball.
But it still left me feeling unsatisfied...
My boss seemed to feel the same way, so we went to the second restaurant to have a light drink together.
The first drink was the local No. 1, which is sure to be a local favorite.
I knew it was a no-brainer: ❗️
Sweet and juicy, reminiscent of pear 🍐 as always!
The bitterness that shows up a little later is just the right amount.
Consistently delicious!
Tanaka San is indeed a great guy 👍!

I missed the sake event SAKEFUKUOKA, so I went here!
We enjoyed sake 🍶 with chicken liver sashimi and yodare chicken, the three most popular dishes at Udon Izakaya, which has also expanded to Nakameguro👍.
The third glass was Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Sunset Orange.
Drink and support Akita sake 📣📣📣📣!
It really has a sour taste like an orange🍊🍊🍊
Maybe it's for stand-alone drinking, but it wasn't bad with chicken👍
On to the after party

The second glass was Gunma Izumi Namahyoryu Honjozo Sake Yamahai Hashiroshi.
This one failed to match 💦💦.
It doesn't go well with chicken liver sashimi. ❗️
The liver smelled too fishy...
Maybe if it was heated sake, it would work a little better.
But, it happens sometimes 😆.

The first sake was Hirotogawa Junmai Autumn Agari
First club activity in a long time!
I've been slacking off a lot 😅.
But after drinking it, I'm convinced!
I've never changed my attitude to always accompany meals 👍.
That's what I'm talking about 👍
Hirotogawa, right?
