ましらのやまさん
Junmai Ginjo-shu Japanese sword (Katana) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15.5 degrees
This was the second type of sake at the after-party of the reunion. We ordered it in a one-gou Tokuguri and tasted a little bit at a time with a smaller boar cup.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma and is light, dry, and firm.
I found myself checking in for 1800 yen for this sake.

Good morning, Tsubu 😃.
Thank you for your comment on ㊗️ 😆 I plan to keep going right back to the same liquor stores and pubs to meet new brands and types of sake as I'm finding less and less 😅.
