Mild ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the gentle sweetness is followed by a strong sense of sake. When chilled, it was too refreshing for my taste, but as the temperature rose, it mellowed and became more complex.

The aroma is mildly fruity.
In the mouth, sweetness and umami spread gently.
The aftertaste is refreshing with a crisp alcohol taste and moderate bitterness. It is a perfect match for any food.

Until now, when rice is polished beyond a certain level, the impression was that it would be too clean, but this sake is polished to 35%, yet it is still rich and deep in flavor!
I once saw a comment that described the sweetness of sake as wasanbon, and it tastes just like that.
It is definitely the best sake that pursues the taste of rice, rather than the aroma and flavor that is so popular these days.

The aroma is unusually mild and the sweetness is restrained, giving the impression of a fresh finish.
It is a very beautiful sake with no sweetness or alcohol after drinking.
However, personally, I prefer the richer Romain.

On the first day, the gorgeous aroma and strong fruitiness were apparent, but as the days went by, the flavor of the rice became more pronounced.
It is amazing that it maintains its freshness and tastes great even after a week.
Definitely one of my favorites!

The aroma is mild.
When you put it in your mouth, you will taste the umami of rice, followed by bitterness in the middle and a nice sharpness at the end.
