It's a full-bodied and sweetened version of the otter, but it's light and refreshing and easy to drink. The otters are easy to drink and the otters are light and sweet.
With only 45% rice polishing ratio, the sweetness spreads in the mouth and has a sweet aftertaste. It belonged to the balanced type, but I don't think it's for beginners.
It's sweet and sour and fruity. I think I like local sake because it's influenced by my upbringing and the environment I grew up in (like the water I drink), and because the brewery is close to my hometown.
I found out about this place through a friend who loves sake and it's the third time I've been there. It's cheap and has a wide variety of sake to enjoy.

Super dry, just like the label on the shoulder. The first sip spreads the alcohol in the mouth, and as you take two or three sips you feel the spiciness.
