It smells good and has a thick taste, which is typical of sake.
We recommend to drink it cold.
It goes well with "Iburi-gakko with Camembert cheese". Iburi-gakko is a kind of smoked radish.
The Jikin on the right in the photo is a new sake this year, and is said to be muddled. It is very refreshing and has a slightly dry impression.
I think it goes well with grilled fish (^^)
