This is my first Shinsei. It is quite light on the palate, with a sourness and a pear-like sweetness. The aftertaste has a pleasant bitterness that lingers in the mouth. I can't wait to drink more. I'd like to try no.6 too!

Three days after opening the bottle... I smell it and there is no semedyne smell that I felt last time. One glass... it's a light drink and I notice it's empty. Two glasses... I tasted it well... Gentle sweetness like a melon and a little sourness. Three glasses... the moderate alcohol content and the slight foaming make it very easy to drink. After that, I couldn't stop drinking... I was hooked!
