Not much aroma. The aftertaste is dry, but the impression of cleanliness is strong. I had it with sashimi of shellfish, and it went well with it.

This brand, Junmai Daiginjo, is rather spicier than Junmaishu. However, it was not very spicy, and I wondered if the junmai-shu was too sweet.
This Junmai Daiginjo went very well with the sea bream sashimi.
