@ home drinking I bought this Kikka last December when I visited Hana-no-Kaoso Sake Brewery in Kumamoto. When I drank it, it tasted clean and clear like water, without any cloying taste🤔. I was a little surprised at the gap from the image of the producing area, but I think people who like Otters and the like would like it a lot... 🤔.

@Camp This is another sake that I got hooked on after drinking it at a restaurant last year. It has a fruity, yet clean and refreshing taste. It is still delicious! The one we drank at the store was from the first brewing period, and the one we drank this time was from the second brewing period. Personally, I liked the first brewing period better because it had a slightly fresher acidic nuance 🤔. Looking forward to the future development!

@Home Drinking Kouei Kiku is a sake that I got hooked on after drinking "Ikubou" at a restaurant. This Snow Crescent has a low acidity, balanced sweetness, umami, and bitterness. It also has a slight earthy nuance. It is a little different from the image I had of Ikubou, but it is still very delicious 😋.

@Home Drinking Refreshing sweetness and acidity, with a nice gasiness. The alcohol content is low at 13% with a nigori-like umami flavor. Ummm, yummy! Even people who don't like the rice flavor or alcohol content of sake will like this sake.

It tasted clean and refreshing! It has a fruity taste, but it is not too bitter and goes down smoothly, making it the type of sake that makes you drink too much 😄. It was the type of sake that I couldn't help but drink too much of 😄 It reaffirmed my belief that sake is delicious.

Jikin is one of my favorite brands. Of course, this one is delicious too! However, I feel a little bit of a cloying taste from the image of Jikin that I like. Is it because of the storage after opening the bottle? 🤔 but it is still very tasty!

The year 2023 begins with Tasake Nama! The regular fire-roasted special junmai has a robust sake feel to it (my memory is a little fuzzy as it was about 2 years ago), but this one has a fruity sweetness that finishes with a mild acidity that is good😍I really like Tasake on draft.
