I went to a place in Osaka called Yamanaka Sake Shop. This sake was recommended to me there. It's a summer-only sake with a refreshing taste! Easy to drink! It has become one of my favorites!

I haven't been able to hang out in Corona for a while, but it's been a while since I've had a drink at work. We had to have a two-part party due to the size limit, but even with a small group we had a blast! I was pretty drunk on this drink, so I can't really describe the taste, but it was good! That's what I remember. I drank too much after a long time.

Today is Yellow Narcissus, a cargo tag sake. This is the first time I tried this sake, as it is recommended for early summer. It is even more fragrant than Benikikikyo, and when you open the lid, it is so shwiffy that you can hear it sizzle. It was a different taste and very satisfying. I knew every bottle of Kakufuda Sake would be delicious!

I bought this sake on my sister's recommendation. It is dry but has a slightly sweet aftertaste. It is very refreshing and goes down smoothly. Maybe it's because it's from Fukui Prefecture, but it's sooooooooo good with crab miso! I declared to my family that I would reduce the amount of alcohol I drink on weekdays, but I can't stop.

My favorite handsome bottle of cargo wine Today I tried some moon white, which I've had my eye on for a while! I don't know what the technical details are, but it's just so good! It's so good! I heard that it is hard to find 100% Yamadanishiki at this price. It is dry but slightly sweet and has a nice aroma. Please try it!

My daughter's classmate is the daughter of a liquor store in Ishikawa Prefecture, so she sent us some sake recommendations. Among them, this was the most delicious. It goes down your throat so smoothly, you can drink it in gulps! It also has a fruity aroma. We were given a great sake!
