I bought this sake on my sister's recommendation.
It is dry but has a slightly sweet aftertaste. It is very refreshing and goes down smoothly.
Maybe it's because it's from Fukui Prefecture, but it's sooooooooo good with crab miso!
I declared to my family that I would reduce the amount of alcohol I drink on weekdays, but I can't stop.
