One of my wife's country ones. I have liked it since my brother told me about it. It does not have a strong ginjo aroma, but it has a fruity and umami flavor. It is a sake that makes you feel like you are in the countryside of Fukushima.

Junmai Daiginjo with pineapple flavor and umami. A drink I could not drink when I was young. Although I am retired, it gives me the energy to continue to challenge myself.
