Yesterday, I noted that the availability of phantom dances was exceptionally improved. But this does not take into account regional disparities. Most of you probably felt, "Oh, that's just in a very few areas." You may have felt that way. Now, I would like to write about the specifics of each region's distributors to the extent that I know about them. First, Nagano Prefecture. The number of exclusive dealers in Nagano Prefecture has decreased by two from the previous year to 18. The reason for the decrease is that both of them went out of business. Next is Tokyo. The number of dealers also decreased by two, one of which went out of business, and one of which stopped being a special agent. However, there was one new store that handles only ginjo and daiginjo. This store is not listed in the Sake Sengano list of dealers. There is also such a store in Nagano City. Osaka Prefecture. No change, but one store introduced set sales, though not all. The rest seem to have changed little. Sake Sengrano dealers are unevenly distributed. There are no distributors on the Sea of Japan side. There are also no distributors on the Seto Inland Sea or Shikoku. Surprisingly, there is one distributor in Fukuoka Prefecture, but it is located not in Hakata, but in Ujima (Unoshima). Ujima is a station on the Nippo Line, and it takes 80 minutes from Hakata via Kokura on the limited express Sonic train. Even though it is in Fukuoka Prefecture, Oita Prefecture is just a stone's throw away. Fans of Genshinkan in Hakata may have a hard time obtaining a copy.

Difficulty of obtaining the wine. We compared the difficulty of obtaining Shinshu Kamerei, Sogapere Ephis, and Kawanakajima Genmai between last year and this year. The left side is last year and the right side is this year. Shinshu Kamerei 😢→😢 2) Sogapale 😓→😢 3) Kawanakajima Genmai 😓→😄 In this way, Shinshu Kamerei continues to be in a difficult situation. Sogaperu's situation has worsened. Kawanakajima Genmai has turned around. Why these results? I have tried to write about each situation. However, I live in Tokyo, and the number of dealers differs depending on the prefecture. Therefore, this is only the situation in Tokyo. Shinshu Kamerei Since Shinshu Kamerei was suddenly highly rated in a certain ranking, it has been in short supply. The brewery's direct sales offices are now having trouble selling the product. In Tokyo, it is sold out in a short time when it arrives. (2) Sogapale The number of types of sake is being reduced little by little. Therefore, it is assumed that it will disappear soon. (3) Kawanakajima Genmai Kawanakajima Genmai used to hold a one-week fair at the Seibu Ikebukuro store four times a year. The store was selling a lot of sake, so they had to prepare a large quantity of sake. The store closed and the company was able to afford to distribute the sake it made to its distributors.

Seems it was released last week, but I was too busy to notice. To be honest, I can't remember the last time it was released so early. H-E is a combination of Yamada and Miyama. This time, I felt that the Yamada was dominant in the finish. In other words, this could be attributed to the fact that the Miyama is not as good as it should be. The Yamada was also able to fully demonstrate its flavor and sweetness, and the high temperatures of last summer probably had little effect on the taste. The ratio of Yamada to Miyama is 1:1, but the Miyama is losing out. However, the ratio of rice polishing is different for each variety.

This is the last Riasake Naturel for this season. I wonder if everyone was able to obtain it. This time, I would like to note the order of arrival of the first bottles, which were not available at the distributor where the first bottles arrived until now. We noticed the arrival of Ria Sake Naturel on April 4. Although we did not check with all the distributors, it arrived in Nagano, Tokyo, and Kanagawa Prefectures. There is one store in each prefecture. Frankly, we have no experience with this order of delivery. It is assumed that the other stores received the product on the following day, the 5th. I moved to obtain it on the 4th. I went to a special distributor that was quite far away because the stores in Tokyo had switched to set sales. It was the first day of sales and closing time was already approaching, but I was able to obtain it. There were only a few left. On the 5th, I might have been able to buy it at another distributor in Tokyo. However, that decision could have been fatal for Sogapeel. In fact, at one distributor in Nagano Prefecture, Tenjinbara's stock lasted only one hour. There is no telling what kind of shipments will be made next year and beyond. Moreover, more and more dealers are placing conditions on purchases every year. Some stores do not respond to inquiries about the status of their shipments, saying they are too busy to work. It gives me a headache to think about next year, but we have no choice but to move quickly.

Hello river water stream 🥂. I haven't gotten the Takoyuki one yet, but I'm waiting for the store where I can buy it by attending a tasting event 😌. I'm worried about the future 😅 The distributor in my neighborhood seems to have reduced their quota this year.

Mr. Kawamizuru, the initial requirement for the tasting of the two numerosis that we had the other day was one of them, but when I went to the store I was told that both were okay. Maybe it's because there are so many numerosis.

It went on sale today, and my plan to buy one bottle turned out to be both. The reason is that it was selling like hotcakes at a distributor in Nagano Prefecture. Well, this is the last one for this year, and the next one will not be released until next year. As you can see from the label, there is no distinction between Domaine Takayuki and Tenjinbara. Please check the back. The taste is the best in Sogapère this season. This is what Sogapère Ephis is all about. Strictly speaking, Domaine Takou is slightly superior, and this is the one I wanted to purchase in advance.

Now, two types of Riasake Naturel 70 will be released next month. This is reproduced in excerpts from the data released by the brewery. (1) Riasake Naturel 70 Domaine Takou Cultivated by Ms. Sayoko Takou, this is a pesticide-free Miyamanishiki with a 30% reduction in yield. Less than half the yield of ordinary Miyamanishiki. The low protein content of the rice allows the sake to be rich in flavor without cutting it down unnecessarily. Mixed fermentation with No.1 to No.6 yeast. Mixed fermentation with No. 1 to No. 6 yeast. (2) Ria Sake Naturel 70 Tenjinbara Cultivated by Masamitsu Yamazaki in Tenjinbara, Miyamanishiki without pesticides. Miyamanishiki without pesticides. Tenjinbara is located at an altitude of 800 meters in the sky. The spring water from Misasawa is cold, so the hanging time of the unhulled rice is unusually long, making it a harsh and ideal place for Miyamanishiki. Mixed fermentation with No.1 to No.6 yeast. A very small amount of this sake was released, and it was made with a traditional sake yeast. Now, which will you choose? There must be some Sogapale lovers who choose both. I have already decided which one I will choose.

The bottle arrived yesterday, but the announcement was in the afternoon and I couldn't get to the stones. The taste was a little more refreshing than last year's. Still, it was fresh and smooth on the palate, and can be said to be Hitogokochi's best. Still, the freshness and smoothness on the palate make it the pinnacle of Hitokokochi. Due to the publicity, some distributors still have some stock left. If you are free tomorrow, why not visit Ueda?

Ilya Thornton uses yeast #1 and yeast #2. The #2 yeast seems to be working better in this case. Now that there is no longer a do of only No. 2 yeast, I guess you have to have drunk it before you can grasp it. I liked the No. 2 yeast because the sake felt more energetic and lively. Ilyasonton means a hundred years ago, named after the fact that both No. 1 and No. 2 yeasts were discovered more than a hundred years ago. This time, the bottles were shipped separately to Tokyo, so the arrival dates varied. The early bottles arrived last Thursday, and the late bottles arrived today. To be honest, we were worried that we might not be able to get it.

Okazaki Shuzo can be said to be a sake brewery that focuses on Hitokokotchi. The brewery produces three different types of Hitogokotchi: one from Nagano Prefecture, one from Tozawa, and one from the terraced rice fields of Inakura. These three types of sake are released on the market as draft, and are shipped again in the spring and later as fire-aged sake. The terraced rice fields of Inakura can be seen from the highway just before Ueda. In other words, the sake rice is harvested from rice paddies located within the city. Of the three varieties, Inakura Tanada boasts an overwhelmingly delicious flavor. It is truly exceptional, and as long as you have sake, you don't need any snacks. Last summer was extremely hot in Ueda. I have never heard of a hot summer in Nagano Prefecture. I am sure it will affect the sake rice, but I will never forget the taste of last year's sake. We don't know exactly when the sake will be released this year. However, from the information we have gathered, we think it will be about the same as last year. The sake is sent to other distributors on the same day as the brewery's release date, so the distributors will have their release date delayed by one day. I plan to buy some for a friend of mine this year. This means that I will have to visit Nagano Prefecture the day after the brewery's release date. The sales at the distributors are so strong that I am not sure if they will be able to keep it in stock after another day. Timing is everything. This is Inakura Tanada.

Perhaps, but it is believed that the product is now available at Sanada's special dealers around today. Other distributors do not carry it. The Okazaki Sake Brewery is also believed to have run out of stock. There is a line of people waiting in line at the store. We do not know how much is sold in a day, but at any rate, the stock cannot keep up. It is believed that they are now selling Yamae Nishiki.

3 shipments appear to have begun. We expect the bottles to arrive at many distributors tomorrow and the day after. My impression of last year's wine was that it was fluffy and had an unusual flavor that was not clear. I guess tastes differ. I will not go through with it this time either.

Last year's heat wave has affected sake rice. This time, I bought it because of the next terraced rice field. Ueda had almost no snow. Sanada is located higher than Ueda. There is an impact, but it is on the smaller side. It is a bit thin, but tasty. I heard that last summer in Ueda was severe, so I am more concerned about the terraced rice paddies.

Finally, 750 ml is in. First, the taste. It is smooth. Not much flavor or richness. However, the alcohol is excellent. It is pleasant and light. It makes you forget everything you don't like. This time, I will let it sit for a while. It is troublesome to handle a cork each time, so I use a sake lid.
