Kawanakajima Genbu純米吟醸 山恵錦 無濾過生原酒
川水流
We received information from Mr. Tetsu Boya and went to the distributor.
As you can see in the picture, the new deep green label is eye-catching.
The only Yamae-Nishiki I have tasted is Shinshu Kamerei.
Of course, this is the first time for me to taste Genmai.
Since the outside temperature was high, I brought it home and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before opening the bottle.
The taste is completely different from Shinshu Kamerei.
It does not have much sourness and sweetness.
It has a deep taste.
It is different from the conventional Genmai.
I think this is the first time I have tasted this kind of approach.
I think it is a sake for different tastes.
Mr. Chino continues to give sake a variety of flavors.
I can only say that he is a genius.
