I bought it because sake made with Aizan is my boom. It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Amami since I had a bottle of Akaban Omachi sometime ago. I imagined it would be moist and sweet because it is made from Aizan, However, I was surprised to find that it had an impressive sparkling taste. The sweetness that is typical of Aizan is still there, and the aroma reminds me personally of bananas.

Summer Glory Fuji 3rd run. The number of times(?) it has been bottled. I think it is getting sweeter and sweeter with each bottle. I like the sake that is moist and sweet, so I like Hoshimatsuri the best. I can't say if it is banana or melon...my taste buds are not yet matured, but it is characterized by its soft sweetness. Of course I don't mean to lower the other two, but it's just a matter of preference. If you like Nabeshima, Dewazakura, Hanamup, or sake made from Aizan, try it. You will probably like it.

The summer of Senkyo begins. A juicy, acidic sake. However, there is no unpleasant sharpness in the alcohol taste, and the pure rice flavor can be enjoyed refreshingly and crisply. It is a sake that is meant to be sipped and savored, but when you notice it, you find yourself swallowing it down on your own. Although I have only tasted the acidity of the just-opened bottle, I have heard many people call it an "adult's Ramune. Based on that, I thought that it is indeed an alcoholic beverage that will transform itself after one or two nights of drinking.

Eiko Fuji's summer sake drinking comparison in progress: ......... SS is sweeter and more moist than Hoshitenkouro. I heard they use Yamagata's "Haenuki" variety, and its flavor is exactly like Yamagata's Dewazan-zan, Aizan, and others. People who like Nabeshima, Toyo Bijin, Dewazakura, and Hana Yuu are likely to find it appealing.

Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree -2.0 The fresh sweetness gradually gives way to a refreshing pineapple-like sweetness and sourness. It is a sweet-tasting sake with a slightly refreshing taste, but Eikoufuji is characterized by the fact that it can be drunk smoothly without making you feel that it is a pure sake. Yami naru akimizu shikari, kourin shikari ...... By the way, they use Hokkaido's sake rice called Comet.

A style that snatches up the very edge of inventory. I bought it immediately when I stumbled across it at a time when I was wishing I could drink it and it was getting away from my memory. The palate is clean and transparent, but with a rich and lustrous sweetness. The gassiness is restrained. Compared to the mellow Akaban Omachi I had drunk before, it was a bit clearer, and the sweetness was more subdued than the standard Nabeshima Purple (a raw Junmai Ginjo made from Yamadanishiki). This sake has a fresh sweetness, but overall it is an honor student that is balanced at a high level without any quirks.

Nama sake. I lost track of whether it was junmai or junmai ginjo.... I finally lifted my month-long ban on sake due to a bicycle race. It is a local sake from Shizuoka, but rare and hard to find even in the prefecture. It was served at "Nocchi", a restaurant that serves local sake. It has a very good balance between the freshness of the sake and the juiciness of the rice.

Kumamoto's sake-producing land is becoming a hot topic of conversation these days. This green bottle was made by reviving sake rice (Hozu), which has one of the oldest histories in the world. It has a unique, almost sparkling, chili sensation. The taste is light and juicy like No.6 or Jyushidai, but this Sundo is more clear and transparent. It tastes great even if you leave it for 3 nights, but I would like to finish such an energetic sake while it still has a fizzy, chiri-chiri-style taste.

Yokoyama純米大吟醸 Princess Michiko純米大吟醸

One of the few sakes made with Princess Michiko. This is my second Michiko since I first tasted it at Toyo Bijin. The rice is polished to 40%. Immediately after opening the bottle, the aroma is gorgeous, reminiscent of fruits and a botanical garden. As the day goes by, the sweetness rounds out and a pear or grape-like aroma emerges.
