I bought it because sake made with Aizan is my boom.
It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Amami since I had a bottle of Akaban Omachi sometime ago.
I imagined it would be moist and sweet because it is made from Aizan,
However, I was surprised to find that it had an impressive sparkling taste. The sweetness that is typical of Aizan is still there, and the aroma reminds me personally of bananas.
