やまぐち
Kumamoto's sake-producing land is becoming a hot topic of conversation these days.
This green bottle was made by reviving sake rice (Hozu), which has one of the oldest histories in the world.
It has a unique, almost sparkling, chili sensation.
The taste is light and juicy like No.6 or Jyushidai, but this Sundo is more clear and transparent.
It tastes great even if you leave it for 3 nights, but I would like to finish such an energetic sake while it still has a fizzy, chiri-chiri-style taste.
