やまぐち
One of the few sakes made with Princess Michiko.
This is my second Michiko since I first tasted it at Toyo Bijin.
The rice is polished to 40%. Immediately after opening the bottle, the aroma is gorgeous, reminiscent of fruits and a botanical garden. As the day goes by, the sweetness rounds out and a pear or grape-like aroma emerges.
