Nama sake. I lost track of whether it was junmai or junmai ginjo....
I finally lifted my month-long ban on sake due to a bicycle race.
It is a local sake from Shizuoka, but rare and hard to find even in the prefecture.
It was served at "Nocchi", a restaurant that serves local sake.
It has a very good balance between the freshness of the sake and the juiciness of the rice.
