This is a limited edition sake for Hachishoku Center.
The aroma is a little low for a nama-shu, but the moment you drink it, it's crisp and clean, and later, a gorgeous sweetness comes over you.
As the name suggests, it's only sold at the Hachishoku Center, so be sure to try it when you're in Hachinohe!
The aroma is subdued yet gorgeous.
It is mildly sweet on the palate and crisp on the throat.
There is a slight thinner smell, but it is good.
A heavy sake.
I was attracted by the name of Yasen Nouveau and bought it.
There is a sense of gas. There is a freshness like raw sake. It has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink. It's... so good...
Speaking of Tamada Shuzo, it's called "Hanaichikaze", but when I went to the brewery, I had never seen anything like it before, so I bought it.
When I opened it, it had a strange, pancake-like flavour. After opening the bottle, the flavour settles down and you can feel the richness of the sake in your throat.
Personally, I prefer the Hanaichi Kaze, but it's another great sake!
Life preserving "Myobosui".
The image of Kuroryu is that it has a strong core flavor and gorgeous sweetness in spite of the smell of alcohol.
This sake is a Daiginjo, but it is spicy and good impression. It has a strong umami core and gorgeous sweetness, which is not covered up by the sweetness.
It seems to be sold only to restaurants.
It is a very tasty sake.
