Purchased at the roadside station, Shimokawa. This is a good dry taste! Not too spicy, not too strong in flavor, just the right amount of salt. Not too dry, not too strong in flavor, just the right balance. This is good!

Purchased at the roadside station, Sikawa. The taste is gentle and not overpowering, making it easy to drink. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, so it is safe to drink. I was satisfied with the price. Mifuku Shuzo Co. It says on the package that it is not part of the Junmai sake program, so maybe it is not technically sake.

Purchased at Kisarazu Umeta no Sato, a roadside station. It has a strong aroma and the texture is like water, or perhaps a little spicy. It's easy to drink, and I guess it's a good sake to drink with food. Not sweet. It's good.

I bought this at Grand Terrace Chikusei, a roadside station. My favorite delicacy was on sale, so I bought it without hesitation. I put it in my mouth and thought, "What? Is it water? But then the aroma spread to my nose and a nice pungent taste lingered on my tongue. The taste is delicate and not too strong. Good.

Purchased at Michi no Eki Yachiyo. When I took a sip, it was like water. But later, the spiciness spreads to the tongue and the clear aroma spreads to the nose. This sake goes well with meals. Just the right amount of spiciness. Not too sweet. Good.
