It was a sake from Hyogo Prefecture.
Izumi Shuzo has other sake, but
but this was the first time for me to taste "Hakuisen".
It is quite an elegant sake!

We entered this restaurant because we were attracted by the word "Kujira-zukuri" (whale-shaped).
It was recommended at the table where we sat, so we ordered it.
I took a sip and found it to be dry like Japanese sake.
If you drink it with ginger and soy sauce, the taste will be milder.
The taste is mild.
