Sake from Tochigi. Sake made from Gohyakumangoku rice, raised to 55% and fermented slowly at a low temperature.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of green melons, with moderate acidity and umami,
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of blue melon, moderate acidity and umami, and is an excellent cost-performance sake. A little sharp.
Slightly sharp and clean, but strong.

It has a strong yuzu taste and is very easy to drink, like a regular cocktail.
There is also a sake called "Bikuyuu", which I guess is a yuzu version of it.
