Sake with a strong aroma.
When you drink it, it is easy to drink like water while at the same time being crisp. Naturally, it goes well with spicy food, but it can also be drunk with some sweet food.
Very crisp. It leaves a huge aftertaste. The tongue is gentle and the first thing that jumps out at you is the fruity taste. It seems to go well with pork stew and other strong-flavored food.
The aroma is dry sake. The first sips are very fruity. After that, there is a hint of oak, and the aftertaste is tangy. I wonder what it goes well with.
Although it is nigori sake, the taste is clean and straightforward. The taste and texture are unique to nigori sake, but they do not linger. It is not my favorite, but it is good with white fish.
