Fresh and melony on the nose. Dry, acidic, and refreshing on the tongue! Delicious! I wish I could have brought this home but I bought too much other sake and shochu 😂

Bought on the Shu*Kura train, drinking while I pack to go to Fukushima.
Rice on the nose. Juicy and easy to drink! This is a Yamahai and you can tell in the slight gamey aftertaste it has.

Melon on the nose. Very easy to drink - almost a bit of vanilla! Clean finish with a bit of acid.
