This is an event held once every two months at the Narumi Sake Shop in Akita City, where we serve a glass of sake selected based on the concept of the time. 6 kinds of sake = 2200 yen + tax. Fukurokuju Jyudai Hikobei Junmai Ginjo Rice: Miyamanishiki from Gojome, Polishing ratio 50%. Sake degree +1, alcohol degree 15 This is a sake from the same brewery as the very popular Ichibaisuisei. I think this sake was brewed under a different concept from that of Isshaku-Suisei. However, it is very tasty. It is a sake without any peculiarities that is suitable for everyone, but it is a sake that you can feel has been carefully prepared. #Ichihaku Suisei #NEXT5

Aohsakura Origarami Junmai Ginjo Original Sake Rice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 16%. It contains ori. It has more ori than "Sasanigori" and less ori than "Nigori". It is a perfect combination. It is not as strong as it looks and is easy to drink. #You can drink it a little bit every day, and it's a bargain!

A kind of "Rokusake Kai" held once every two months at Narumi Sake Shop in Akita City. The "Rokusakai" is an event where liquor stores offer a cup of sake selected based on the concept of the time. One cup x 6 kinds = 2200 yen + tax. The ➀ is Taiheizan Sougetsu Junmai Unfiltered Raw. Polishing ratio 60%, others undisclosed Hmmm. It's easy to drink. My favorite liquor store prepared this "next5" set for me to compare with my friends. Shinsei Ecru: Bespoke Naokumi Junmai Daiginjo Akitasakekomachi Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Lightly Nigori Yukino Bijin Junmai Ginjo Omachi Haruka Junmai-shu Red Label With the Corona disaster, the date of the drinking party is yet to be decided, but I hope to have a lively tasting next month. For now, I'll commemorate my first post with these five bottles. Stored in a natural refrigerator (in the hallway). Winter in Akita is cold.
