Joe
I conquered 47 prefectures and arrived at the last one, Okinawa!
The entrée was oysters from Tohoku 🤣.
Like the aforementioned Miyazaki, this was just a selection for the time being... but I made a surprising discovery.
It has a clear, classic, and thick-boned taste.
Like the cheerful and energetic temperament of the people of Okinawa, this is sake! It's good, isn't it? It has a clear assertion that "This is sake! This is a good food sake.
It is not my personal favorite direction, but I wanted to tell the Okinawan sake shop owner who said "Okinawan sake is not good" that it is not true, it is very flavorful 😊.
