Temperature Estimated 5°C
Taste 65
Color Almost colorless and transparent
Nose: Weak ginjo aroma at first, but as it enters the mouth, the outline of the aroma becomes clearer.
Taste: Same as the aroma, but lighter at first. The flavor is similar to the aroma, but the more you sip it, the clearer the taste becomes.
It is dry and refreshing, the very image of Niigata.
Overall impression: It is not enough for sake alone, but it refreshes the palate moderately when used as an in-between-dinner drink.

Another gift from my sister today 5/5🎁
I got a Daiginjo from Kato Shuzo in Niigata 😀.
It's not so much dry and light as it is delicious and you can drink more and more of it ☝️This is the end of my sister's gift series😙Thank you sister😁.
What to drink tomorrow... 😎.
Junmai Daiginjo
Niigata Brewery Okede-Echigoya
It is a 50% polished rice Junmai Daiginjo, but at 3,000 yen for two 1-square-bottle bottles, I wasn't sure about it, but at room temperature it has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but there is a faint ginjo aroma, and it is not bad.
It is a sake liqueur.
It has a gentle and mellow mouthfeel and a delicious sweet taste.
It tastes like a lactobacillus drink, but it is not that sour.
It is delicious even if you drink it with champagne.
This is the first time I drank this sake.
It has a pleasant aroma of rice and a crisp taste when drunk.
It was perfect with fish, but not with vegetables.
I thought it might be good lukewarmed. But I ended up drinking it cold.
