It also has an apple-like aroma and a hint of rice. Despite the aroma, the taste is surprisingly clean and crisp, and the good balance gives it a high-class feel.
(It says "dry" but it's not.) It has a medium taste. Flavors that remain on the tongue feel heavy. It may stay on the tongue for a while. The impression of bitterness lingers until the end. It may be too much for those who prefer sweet taste.
It looks like it would go well with anything. It can be light or rich. At least, it goes well with chicken skin ponzu.
The aroma was not so strong. I guess the flavor of unopened sake and opened sake in an izakaya will be different. Even so, it didn't smell too bad, probably because of my stuffy nose.
I felt that this is a sake to be savored slowly and carefully, not lightly. It is delicious.
I'll drink Shoyuki at Shoshizoka because it's delicious!
IMADEYA's third drink at the corner
This is my first drink 😁.
It has a banana-like aroma. It has a soft mouthfeel, with a gentle sweetness and umami, and the acidity gives it a refreshing feeling. The aroma is also banana like, easy to drink and delicious 😆.
The two photos are of IMADEYASumida store, located in the food court on the 1st floor of PARCO, where you can sit and drink ✨.
I like Honjozo, but I like Special Honjozo even more.
It is easy to drink because it is polished and has a sweet taste. The sharpness of the alsochrome is also very pleasant.
This is my favorite of the special honjozo,
Atago no Matsu, Kikusen, Mikuyo, and Shoyuki.
A bowl of bonito sashimi.
This Shizuoka ginjo sake is soft and sweet.
and the meaty, lean bonito somehow went well with it.
Delicious, delicious. I love Shizuoka!
