タイヨウHappy New Year! The first sake of the year is from Kyoto. It has a mild umami flavor and a spiciness that comes slowly. It is more gorgeous than other Hanaraku. It also tastes sweet after a while. I hope that the year starting on Tenshunichi will be a really good year.
