A calm, deep and delicious sake.
It has a slight sweetness on the palate.
The aftertaste is dry and sharp.
It goes well with food, but still asserts itself.
A good sake with no unpleasant taste
Hirose Shoten closed its business at the end of June.
According to their website, they will continue brewing sake as a separate company, but I wonder what will happen to it!
I may not be able to drink this sake or Shirakiku anymore!
