It is easy to drink because it is nigori, yet still has a gorgeous and refreshing taste. I think even people who don't like nigori can drink it. I hope they will continue to do their best after the earthquake..!

Sake from the Ai Utaobi no Bounenkai. It is a veggie feeling as the day goes by when I think that it is like Jyushiyo at first. I think I'd like to have a glass of Okan after the sun goes down.

At the Ibaraki Festival in Ibaraki-machi, Ibaraki Prefecture. Gold medal at the National New Sake Competition 🏅They say it is limited in quantity and almost never on the market. It had a gorgeous aroma and was insanely delicious✨. The pickings were beef plate (Hitachi-gyu), shijimi clam soup, stewed rice with fish, chestnut rice, roasted chestnuts 🌰 and ice cream!

I drank at a festival in Ishioka...Shirakiku! Actually, this brand was not originally sold to the general public, but it is now sold to the general public because of the good sake made by young brewers 🎵. The liquor store was offering a paid tasting of about 5 different kinds of sake, I drank a few of them and here is one that was delicious 💁. It's a little bit classical and dry, but it's a good sake 🍶. It's not a trendy sake, but it's the kind of sake that you can drink without getting tired of it 😆. By the way, we also did die-cutting (forgot to take a picture)! I'm the old man who succeeded in removing the molds while drinking Nest beer in the evening 🤣By the way, I'm apparently only the second person to do so today 😂. I also had a little drink at the Ibaraki sake bar: ❤️ The second picture is a new product from Kiri-Tsukuba, "Fukuroi Mikan" which is really delicious 🤩I only had a chance to taste it, but if you find it on sale, please buy it immediately 🥺It is one of the best fruity drinks I've had in recent times 😂. So, that was my appeal for Ibaraki after a long time. ❤️ p.s From Sekotee Ishioka festival, a sake shop called Lengshui-San offers one free glass of sake if you register on line 🍶.
